If I buy a laptop PC from an american vendor and get it shipped to France? Do you think I'll have to pay tax?
I am bidding on a laptop PC on ebay.com and I wonder if I'll have to pay the taxes once the parcel comes to france? Any guidelines?

You will have to pay TVA at the rate of 19.6% There is no duty on computers.
