Macbook Pro from US compatibility with European DVD?
I have a macbook pro i bought in the usa. i'm in france now and am looking to buy a few movies here. will they play on my laptop?

You can, but only a few times. My sister did the exact same thing with her computer in France adn she said it would let her switch country settings to watch it, but you only get to do it like 3 times or something.
