Help!! I bought a new laptop, and i started it and it asked me what country i was in continued..?
i am in france, but i live in th US so i clicked france... but now every time i want to install a program.. like Picassa, clone dvd 2.. they install in french.. (i don't have a choise) help how do i change the settings so they install in english??

Sounds like a problem. What OS are you using first off? What version? If windows I think you can change that from the menu invoked by clicking the clock, though I haven't had to do that.

just go to the control panal and change the region or from france to us and enjoy your english

You can always change it again later. Reason it wants to know your country is for your clock, and the daylight savings time offset.
