How to get wireless connection in France/Europe?
How do I get wireless connection in France for my laptop? I know this is a retarded question. I am just trying to figure out the best way to connect on my laptop. I don't want to mess finding internet hot spots because i'll be out of the city most of the time(Paris). Is there a way to get wireless internet from like at&t without worrying about hot spots and where you can just connect anywhere? Didn't quite understand. So even if you get an internet card, it won't help? so your saying just get a french connection when i am there?

Dude... AT&T is an american company. So unless you get a French subscription to 3G data, there's no way you're going to get wireless out of the blue. Your best bet is to be in a large enough town. Hopefully some people will have unsecured wireless networks, on which you'll be able to connect. And Paris has plenty of free hotspots. But if you're not staying there.
