If yes, why you never find RUSSIAN subtitles on DVDs ?

It depends. If you have Russian made DVDs, which are chip and of course fake, most likely they are not playable on legally programmed computers. But you can buy also a good DVDs in Moscow. They are more expensive , then fake, but they really have very good choice there, unfortunately only in Russian.

Good question. Once you pop in that Russian DVD, your computer will ask you if you want it to play it. If you say "yes" then it will play the DVD. However, it wont play other "regions" DVD. It switches your "region." I think you can switch it up to 4 times. As long as you're planning to stick with Russian DVD's then you won't have a problem. Of course, that only applies to non-bootleg DVD's. If you're planning to play bootlegs, and this is for the sake of answering your question, then it'll play it without having to switch your region. Now, as for the subtitles, get on google and search for Russian subtitles for the film you want to watch. You should be able to download a text version of that file. Once you do, download a program called Video LAN. That program will play your DVD and if you tell it where to find the file, it will display the subtitles as well. Good luck.
