This laptop is in original Dell Box.

Yes, you can. However, USPS will not be responsible for it once it leaves the US, and the customs people in Ukraine and/or France will charge the recipient a customs duty on it as an "import fee". Usually this import duty will be 20-50% (or more) of the value of the laptop, and the recipient will have to pay it before they can recieve it. I would ship via DHL if you really want to send it. It will still cost for duty, but it will arrive in DHL's care (or UPS or FedX - but DHL is more widely used there). -- Edit -- Natalya brings up a good point. Although Dell sells directly into the Ukrainian market, and supposedly has "service" there, you will find it almost non-existant and will likely have to ship to a western European facility for repairs (or Kyiv at best). The local shops that would take care of it if you bought it from them, will not honor the US warranty.

Kevin is right, you can ship it to the Ukraine. But think again if you really need it. I'm not sure about DELL service in the Ukraine (does it exist at all?). What to do if this laptop doesn't work properly? Pack again and send back to the US? Just a though.
